This gate was just what we were looking for. The opening where the gate is was 53" wide, its hard to find gates with that dimension that swings open. Another great reason to buy this gate was that it was unfinished so were able to match it to the wood work already in our home!

Using it to keep our dog in the yard Tall enough to keep him from jumping the gate-like the standard size It has a swing opening(and auto close) so you don't have to hurdle it or take down-that alone is worth it!
